Last year, a client of mine, Jonathan Garza, a local residential realtor (at the time) approached me about creating a custom instructional manual for his home buying clients. His vision included a 14 step guide with images and descriptions that clearly identified how a home purchasing process might look, when working with him.
Of course, in typical JG fashion, his logo would be splattered all across the document, and the guide would be designed with his brand in mind. (black and white with a clean, modern and masculine aesthetic)
Though this project is an older one, it always catches my eye when I come across it. Maybe its the big fat logo on the front, or maybe just because it’s simple, and for my client, it allowed communication to be more efficient between he and his clients.
